Mr.Gowra Venkata Ratnam – is an age-defying Octogenarian, deeply spiritual with long personal association with Swami Chinmayananda. He is an inspiration to the large extended family in wholesome living who has sound physical health even at the age of 86, with divine spiritual disposition. He has been the guideline to this noble cause, SMILES.

Mr.Gowra Lakshmi Prasad – Secunderabad
A Chartered Accountant with a degree in Law is the Managing Trustee. He is associated with GOWRA GROUP of concerns as an Executive Director. He is closely associated with The Art of Living Foundation, founded by H.H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, a spiritual leader and humanitarian. Presently he is representing as one of the Apex Members of The Art of Living Foundation in Andhra Pradesh. His concept is to create the finest retirement living, which would allow seniors to live life to the fullest.
Gowra Anil Kumar – Hyderabad
A post graduate in Management and an entrepreneur managing Distribution of Bombay Dyeing & Manufacturing Ltd from Hyderabad. He is a work horse known for dependability and team play, believes in wholesome living and Corporate Social Responsibility. He has been the proponent of the mantra “attention to detail “. Elements at SMILES bear his personal touch.
Gorla Saibabu – Hyderabad
Chairman & Managing Director, of Jayadarsini Housing Pvt Ltd. He is a civil engineer and has over 20 years of experience in construction industry and he has vast experience and knowledge in realty industry. Presently he is involved in the development of Jayadarsini Township a 500 acres integrated township project at Medchal, Hyderabad.
Smt. Gorla Sailaja – Hyderabad
Director Jayadarshini Housing (P) ltd., an entrepreneur, active and enthusiastic in social and welfare activities. She is a graduate in Arts and looking after the company’s social and welfare activities.
